Job Description

The scope of services includes Project Management works for Buildings Project, based at Mumbai, India. Role extensively involves supporting client in review and supervision works.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) aligned with ISO 9001 and client standards.
  • Establish QA/QC procedures, ITPs, checklists, and method statements specific to high-rise luxury construction.
  • Ensure quality requirements are clearly communicated to contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor adherence to QMS across all construction phases.
  • Review design drawings, specifications, and material submittals for quality, constructability, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, faade, and interior designers to ensure design intent is preserved.
  • Identify design-related quality risks early and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure luxury standards are embedded in drawings and specifications.
  • Oversee QA/QC activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and surveillance
  • Issue, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality issues.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
  • Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Support authority approvals and occupancy certificates.
  • Participate in client handover and final quality sign-off.


Qualifications

  • Qualification: Diploma /B.E. - Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 15-18 years of experience in Quality with High rise residential projects with at least 1 project G+40.
