Job Description

The scope of services includes General Consultancy works for Gurugram Metro Rail Project, based at Gurugram, Haryana, India. Role extensively involves supporting client in review and supervision works.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with other system works like Signalling, E&M, Traction, Civil contractor.
• Conduct the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with client at supplier end and material inspection at warehouse.
• Ensure the compliance of Particular & General Specifications of Project.
• Ensuring the Quality compliances of metro rail system like, E&M, Traction, Power Supply, Rolling Stock and assure the Project Compliance's
• To prepare the Quality dashboard for monthly management meeting.
• Conducting internal audit for Quality Management System.
• Coordinate weekly interface meeting with systems i.e. DDC, OHE, E&M, S&TC, Tel and AFC.
• Responsible for Project quality assurance with set of various activities including Quality assurance, Change management, Configuration management, Audits, Procedure and plans.
• Responsible for document review and client coordination.
• Interface with Project engineering team and site team as well with all stakeholders.
• Responsible for coordinating Weekly interface meeting.
• Responsible for site inspection for installation progress and review the test and commissioning reports.
• Responsible for material inspection, documents review (MS, ITP, T&C test case) and preparation of procedure, processes and plans

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering
• Overall 15+ years post qualification experience
• Minimum 5 years experience with Rail/ Metro projects at similar capacity
