Duration: 22 months

Education: High school diploma; a degree in Project Management, Data Management, or General Engineering is a plus.
Knowledge: Strong interest in data/document management; curiosity for database systems, web applications, and query-building skills is appreciated.
Skills: Attention to detail, analytical mindset, good communication (English), problem-solving abilities, and capacity to read technical drawings.

The Completion & Handover team plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, with optimal quality, and transferred to the client in a structured and compliant manner. It contributes to project closure by ensuring traceability, client satisfaction, and a smooth transition to operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting commissioning and start-up activities:
- Planning and monitoring: Use the Completion Management System (CMS) to track key commissioning milestones, schedules, and dependencies.
- Team coordination: Facilitate communication between construction, engineering, and commissioning teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- System status: Update system and subsystem statuses in the CMS (ongoing, completed, tested, etc.).
- Managing documentation:
- Document centralization: Use the CMS as a central repository for project documentation (drawings, manuals, procedures, etc.).
- Version control: Ensure strict version tracking to prevent errors and maintain access to up-to-date documents.
- Access management: Manage stakeholder access rights and distribute documents to relevant teams.
- Preparing inspection reports and punch lists:
- Creation and updates: Generate punch lists in the CMS to identify items to resolve before commissioning.
- Inspection follow-up: Record inspection and testing results, including non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Prioritization: Rank issues based on criticality for timely resolution.
- Managing certificates and signatures:
- Completion certificates: Prepare certificates for systems and subsystems upon inspection and testing completion.
- Approval workflow: Use the CMS to coordinate electronic approvals and signatures.
- Archiving: Ensure proper certificate storage for future reference.
- Preparing and distributing reports:
- Automated reports: Use CMS features to generate automated progress, inspection, testing, and certification reports.
- Targeted distribution: Identify stakeholders (clients, internal teams, subcontractors) and share relevant reports.
- Data analysis: Analyze CMS data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Supporting the Handover & Completion (HOC) team:
- Database management: Assist the HOC team in organizing and maintaining CMS databases.
- Training: Provide technical support and training to optimize CMS usage.
- Issue resolution: Identify and solve documentation or data-related issues.
