• Plant Start-up Experience: Proven projects or new plant openings.
• Hourly Staffing: Expertise in high-volume recruitment.
• Onboarding for hourly/operational personnel.
• Training Strategy: Solid experience in the Creation of Training Matrices to track skills and compliance.
• Methodologies: Hands-on experience with TWI (Training Within Industry).
• Specialized software like Dozuki for standard work instructions.
• Coordinate and facilitate continuous learning plans for Salary & Hourly staff.
• Assist in recruitment logistics (scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups, and document management).
• Manage training materials, learning platforms (LMS), and workshop environments.
• Track training KPIs and gather feedback from new hires to improve the integration process.
Who You Are:
For This Role, You Will Need:
• 5 years in HR Recruitment and Selection functions
• Bachelor's Degree in, business administration, education or related degree.
• English: Fluent/Advanced (90%).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); experience with Applicant Tracking System or Learning Management System platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, impeccable organization, and comfortable with public speaking/group management, ability to manage high-volume tasks.
