Your Role : Own the Challenge

We're looking for a Software Developer to build innovative engineering tools that configure and integrate OPC UA-based industrial communication systems. You'll develop user-facing solutions that empower seamless interaction with modern automation technologies, working on B&R Automation Studio and Automation StudioCode.

In this role , you'll help run what runs the world , by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact .

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain engineering tools and applications using .NET (C#) and TypeScript, focusing on user interfaces and integration workflows
  • Design configuration, diagnostics, and system integration solutions for OPC UA Client/Server and OPC UA FX environments
  • Create extensions for VS Code and web-based toolchains while collaborating with UX designers and system architects
  • Ensure secure development practices aligned with industrial cybersecurity standards and support multi-vendor interoperability testing

What it takes to Run what runs the world

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Solid professional experience in .NET / C# application development
  • Demonstrated expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend development
  • Understanding of software architecture for desktop or web-based tools
  • Proficiency with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, good teamplayer
  • Fluent English skills
