Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the FP&A organization in managing the Division's Income Statement and End-to-End performance analytics. You will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis of revenue, margins and operational EBITA. You will help prepare the analytical foundations and reporting materials used by senior finance leadership, including the CFO and CEO, ensuring that financial insights are accurate, timely and clearly communicated. You will develop and maintain dashboards, models and reporting files that provide visibility into business performance across Business Lines and geographies.

This role is contributing to the ABB Robotics in Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting for revenue, gross margin, and operational EBITA, including variance analysis and management reporting materials.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles by consolidating inputs, updating financial models, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare analyses on key financial drivers such as price, volume, and mix, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities from an end-to-end perspective.
- Maintain dashboards, reporting templates, and analytical files used to track business performance across Business Lines and regions.
- Assist with data preparation, validation, and uploads in FP&A systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare presentations and analytical materials for management reviews and leadership meetings.
Qualifications for the role
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with at least 5 to 8 years of finance/FP&A experience, with strong exposure to corporate reporting
- At least 2 years of FP&A income statement, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Strong proficiency in finance systems and reporting tools, with solid knowledge of MS Office suite
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to act as a trusted business partner, challenge stakeholders constructively, and work effectively in a fast-paced, transformational environment; fluent in English.
