Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding service assistance related to Payroll to ABB employees. Each day, you will assist internal customers with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders in the Baltic organization. You will contribute with your payroll expertise to ensure compliance and smooth processes.

This role is temporary until end of 2026, with part time workload.

The work model for the role is: hybrid, twice a week in the office #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the HR Services in Tallinn, Ülemiste City .

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Executes and delivers Payroll standard operational activities in compliance with agreed business processes in a timely, accurate and customer-focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility
• Ensure that systems (SAP) and other databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy and provide reports where needed
• Work on process excellence within own area of responsibility and recommend process improvements, supporting implementation of the improvements
• Building relationships with HR colleagues within the ABB organization to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness

Qualifications for the role

• Previous experience in payroll or finance would be beneficial
• You are passionate about details and accuracy with good organizational and time-management skills
• The ability to demonstrate your experience in computer, including MS Office programs, SAP will be beneficial
• Outstanding teamwork and can-do attitude
• You are at ease communicating in English and Estonian
