Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assist PM to communicate with customers, such as special packaging technical requirements, shipping marks, packing list and transportation plans, etc. Respond to customer questions.
• Confirm technologies of packing and shipping in the bidding phase.
• Booking and loading management: timely arrange cargo booking according to the results and shipping plan that communicated with customers. Control shipping cost. Manage packing plan and loading plan;
• Prepare PL for export declaration and prepare shipping documents and certificates.
• Sales order and warranty period materials export shipment management
• Settlement and management of shipping and loading costs. Manage and confirm shipping and loading charges, implement settlement process.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor degree or above
• Major in logistics or export trade is preferred
• Proficient in reading, Oral and writing English and office software
• Careful, outgoing and proactive communication skills and continually study ability
• High responsibility and certain ability to withstand pressure
• More than 3 years working experience is preferred
