This Position reports to:
IS Service Owner Cross Domain Services

To strengthen our Master Data team, we are looking for an Intern with proficiency in English, and a valid student status. Seize this unique opportunity and grow together with us. Run what runs the world!

Responsibilities:

• Dispatching tickets and monitoring the queue
• Supporting requestors in their queries
• Cooperation with MD Governance Managers and IS Operations Managers of different Master Data areas
• Applying data changes approved by MD Governance Managers in AMD tool
• Preparing communication of agreed changes to Business, Country Master Data managers and Application Owners
• Creation of training content, presentations in regards to area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Fluent English in writing and speaking
• Self-confidence, openness
• Readiness to pick up new challenges
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Nice to have: background at economics or IT
• Nice to have: good knowledge of MS Excel
