Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines or countries, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by committing to complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries in a timely manner, and handle onboarding, offboarding, and transfer procedures to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of employee needs.
  • Manage policy application affairs for Shanghai factories, including renewal of non-fixed working hours and employee retirement processing, and support internal and external audit processes.
  • Arrange new employee training, administer long-service awards for employees, and coordinate with HR vendors and agencies.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documents, assist in daily HR operations, and ensure process compliance and data accuracy.


Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Administration, Labor and Social Security or related fields is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, familiar with employee relations, social insurance and housing fund operations, and policy application procedures.
  • Knowledge of national and Shanghai local labor laws, regulations and policies, with the ability to interpret and implement policies.
  • Strong communication, coordination and cross-departmental collaboration skills with good service awareness, detail-oriented and responsible.
  • Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT); experience with HR systems such as ASK HR, Workday is a plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with good writing skills; able to work independently and accept occasional off-site work.
  • Able to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment, ensure work quality, and proactively seek optimal solutions to problems.
