In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive cost efficiency, ensure compliance, and support ABB Robotics' operational excellence within fleet, travel and related services.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Fleet Purchase Request Management Review, validate, and process Fleet Purchase Requests. Negotiate terms with leasing providers and maintain accurate databases. Process lease agreement recalculations and ensure compliance with established agreements.
- Fleet Policy & Optimization Support the Global Category Manager and business units in reviewing fleet policies and identifying improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate vehicle list consolidation across countries to identify synergies and standardization opportunities to support OEM negotiations for volume discounts and standardized vehicle offerings.
- Travel Programs Management Support the Global Category Manager in managing travel area initiatives, including Hotel, Air and Car Rental programs. Facilitate implementation and optimization of travel programs across regions.
- Contract Management & Sourcing Review contracts and support completion in partnership with the Global Category Manager, suppliers, and ABB Legal for both fleet and travel categories. Participate in supplier business reviews and contribute to cost reduction initiatives with key suppliers. Manage execution of RFPs/RFQs/e-Auctions as needed.
- Reporting & Analytics Collect and analyze vendor data, translating it into category overviews. Report savings and cost avoidance. Collaborate with the Analyst Team to develop automated reporting solutions that streamline data management and visibility.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management Work with geographically dispersed business units, regional procurement teams and suppliers. Understand and communicate global category strategy while aligning with local and regional stakeholder needs and priorities. Manage stakeholder expectations effectively and work across diverse cultural backgrounds to ensure alignment with business objectives. Onboard new suppliers in close collaboration with the respective local buyer, runs regular supplier evaluations, and provides supplier reports to Businesses and Category Managers .
Our requirements
- Business level fluency in English
- At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate environment, ideally in operational / tactical procurement/SCM/Fleet area / Travel
- Affinity with Automotive branch, cars and leasing would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and team work spirit
- Customer focus with proactive attitude
- Negotiation skills will be an asset

- Hands-on experience of working with SAP Ariba
- Knowledge of Travel Industry
- Advanced Excel skills
