This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Service Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, driving ongoing business cooperation through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Regularly engage in feedback sessions with clients to deeply understand their needs, ensuring that the services and solutions provided consistently meet or exceed their expectations.
2. Value-Based Selling:
• Leverage your engineering background to deeply understand the technical value of ABB Robotics and service solutions, effectively communicating these unique advantages to clients to drive sales performance.
3. Market Analysis:
• Conduct market trend analysis and competitor research, offering valuable sales strategy suggestions grounded in technical expertise.
4. After-Sales Service Coordination:
• Handle after-sales service requests and monitor service progress, ensuring technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and continuously improve service quality to boost customer loyalty.
5. Sales Documentation Management:
• Manage and update customer files and sales-related documentation, ensuring all technical and sales information is accurate and up to date.
6. Training and Development:
• Provide technically focused training support on products and services to customers and internal teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and application of ABB solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 3 years' experience in industrial product sales. Prior experience in after-sales or service-related sales is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value that clients can easily understand.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products, especially in the field of industrial robotics, with a strong aptitude for converting technical advantages into sales opportunities.
• Strong team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams, coordinating technical and sales resources to achieve objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the capability to handle complex technical data and create professional reports.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations.
