Job description

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Doha, Qatar for a:

Quality Inspector

Job Purpose:

• Perform inspections and report the inspection data of components / possesses as per established inspection criteria or Inspection plan mainly on Gas Turbines components.
• Performing Visual inspection
• Perform dimensional measurements
• Co-ordinate with production personal for control of nonconforming product, Identify,
  document and segregate it in holding area until resolution of non-conformity
• Prepare inspection reports / Final report other document i.e. NCR and Hold tag after
  inspection.
• Prepare NCR and reject Material disposition cases of nonconforming product.
• Maintain inspection data and instruments / equipment
• Inspections to assess the defects, testing & reporting the inspection data with Experience in Gas turbine industry / Field services and ASNT Level II in NDT methods (PT, RT)

Profile

• Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent) with ASNT Level II in NDT methods (PT, RT).
  
• Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience
  
• You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
  
• You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
