Context and environment:

Cross-functional function with all the activities of RC business segment, within its BU, LBU, Functional Departments and affiliates

A constantly evolving scope of activities

Team of 9 people shared between Brussels and Paris

Missions :

As an Internal Control Officer, your main activities will be as follows:

• As part of the digitalization of internal control activities, participate in the projects of:

o Simplification of SOX financial compliance processes, including the review of work methods and updating of procedures as well as the monitoring of organizational changes and their impacts on information systems

o Launch of the new self-assessment campaign of the Essentials of Internal Control with a digital tool developed in-house up to the monitoring of action plans and the creation of a follow-up report for self-assessments and action plans

• Follow-up of audit recommendations: creation of a digital application to harmonize and simplify review processes

• Business Continuity Plans: thinking about solutions to harmonize and simplify tests and exercises

• Creation of communication materials for all the innovations carried out internally (webinars, etc.)

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

• Master or Engineer in Finance, Business Control, Audit
• Ideally previous experience in Governance, Internal Control, Compliance

Technical skills:

• Data Management
• Good knowledge of Compliance and Internal Control
• Teamwork, attention to detail, strong communication skills

Computing skills:

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel)
• Interest for digital tools (PowerApp, PowerAutomate, PowerBi, ...)

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level C1
