Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement strategic service programs, tools and processes in the respective country. Each day, you will coordinate with business and service managers to ensure a consistent approach to implementation and application of cross-organizational tools to drive cost efficiency. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring focus on building installed base knowledge, greater penetration, and creating added value to the customer.

The work model for the role is hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• You will strategically operate and optimize existing systems including CRM (Salesforce), data analytics (Power BI), ERP (SAP), and internal platforms (ServeIS, Field Service Lightning, etc.).
• Your mission is to drive productivity improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions.
• You will lead data integration initiatives across Service Operations (maintenance contracts, field service, spare parts, repair, and billing) by connecting Salesforce, SAP (SD/PS), and Power BI.
• This position represents a shift from ad-hoc tool management by individual managers to professional, strategic operations.
• You will localize ABB's proven global frameworks to the Japanese market, driving operational efficiency and value creation.
• Your responsibility spans the full cycle: from identifying business challenges → defining requirements → designing solutions → implementing improvements → ensuring sustainability.

Qualifications for the role

• Business Process Design & Improvement in Service Operations
• 3-5+ years of experience in designing and improving business processes for service operations (maintenance contracts, field service, spare parts, service programs, etc.)
• Salesforce Operations Experience
  Hands-on experience operating Salesforce, including:Data quality management. User adoption and training for consistent data entry. Report and dashboard design. Permission and operational rule configuration
• SAP Business Knowledge (SD & PS)
  Business process understanding of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and PS (Professional Services), specifically:Order-to-cash processes (order entry through billing) Revenue recognition and billing timing
• Language: Japanese: Native level (JLPT Level 1)
• Language: English: Business proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) - Required for daily communication with stakeholders and customers, documentation preparation, and technical specification review
