Contract Administration & Claims Management
  • Oversee large-scale contract claims and closeout processes, including experience with multi-billion-dollar projects.
  • Prevent claims and detect early disputes in T&M environments using defined metrics and indicators.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with owner requirements and contractual obligations.
Financial Oversight & Value Creation
  • Drive value creation and profitability in T&M contracts, delivering significant cost savings.
  • Validate and reconcile labor hours, material costs, and equipment usage to prevent overbilling and cost escalation.
