Senior Director Precon & Controls Location: United States Start Date: 13 April 2026 Pay Rate: $225,000 per annum Job Description: The Senior Director Precon & Controls will be responsible for overseeing all preconstruction and cost control activities for projects in the United States. This role will require strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of construction processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement preconstruction strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Manage cost control processes and procedures to track project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop accurate project estimates Lead a team of preconstruction and cost control professionals to ensure project success Provide guidance and expertise on construction best practices and industry trends Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in preconstruction and cost control roles Strong leadership and communication skills Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects Ability to analyze complex construction data and make informed decisions
