Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
- Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
- Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
Qualifications for the role
- Knowledge of international logistics and shipment processes
- Operational management of ADR shipments, including coordination with suppliers for the preparation and issuance of compliant transport documentation
- Support in managing customs and authorization documentation
- Ability to enter and manage orders with strong attention to data accuracy and timeliness
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Strong focus on regulatory compliance and shipment traceability
- Operational reliability and accountability
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Cross‑functional collaboration, particularly with Production and Logistics teams; Responsible and detail‑oriented approach, with a strong focus on process accuracy and compliance
