Act as a first point of contact for users and stakeholders across digital procurement tools (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass), providing support and resolving requests either directly or in coordination with external providers. You will work in a ticket-based environment, ensuring smooth system usage and a positive end-user experience.

• Resolve user requests and incidents (tickets) in a timely and structured manner
• Provide guidance and support to users, including troubleshooting and clarifying system functionalities
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders and IS Delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure system stability
• Support continuous improvement based on recurring issues and user feedback

The work model for the role is: hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Procure to Pay (P2P) Process Excellence & Digitalization organization in a global environment. Main stakeholders include end users, Business stakeholders, IS Delivery teams and external service providers.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of user requests
• Maintaining stable operation and availability of digital procurement tools
• Delivering a consistent and positive end-user support experience
• Contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes based on user feedback and recurring issues
• Supporting effective collaboration between Business, IS and external providers

Qualifications for the role:

• You enjoy working with digital tools and systems, particularly SAP Ariba (Ariba Buying), SAP Fieldglass or similar procurement platforms, within the Procure to Pay (P2P) domain
• You have initial experience or exposure to system support, shared services or working with procurement tools
• You are familiar with ticket-based support environments and basic troubleshooting of system-related issues
• You are proactive, service-oriented and have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Business, Logistics, IT or a related field
• You are at ease communicating in English (minimum B2 level); additional language is a strong advantage
