The HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Global Supply Chain is a key member of the Global Human Resources function, serving as the strategic and operational HR partner to the Global Supply Chain organization. The role works closely with HR Leadership, regional HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated people solutions that support global business objectives.
This position requires deep understanding of Supply Chain operating models, workforce design, job architecture, and talent strategies across functions including Asset & Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Customer Service. The HRBP advises leaders on organization design, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and workforce effectiveness.

The HRBP advises leaders on organization design, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and workforce effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Safety, Security & Compliance
- Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies, governance standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Promote a strong culture of Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) responsibility.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, compliance, and risk mitigation within the organization.
Quality
- Ensure compliance with the Company Quality Management System and HR-related policies.
- Promote service quality and continuous improvement across HR processes and employee experience.
Business Partnership & Communication
- Partner with Global Supply Chain leadership to align HR strategies with business needs and objectives.
- Analyze workforce data, trends, and metrics to anticipate risks and recommend solutions in collaboration with HR COEs.
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Financial & Workforce Planning
- Provide guidance on compensation planning and recommendations aligned with budgetary guidelines and cost controls.
- Support workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and resource optimization initiatives.
- Ensure HR-related costs and activities align with approved budgets and financial policies.
People Management & Employee Relations
- Partner with leaders and employees to enhance engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, career development, and disciplinary processes.
- Manage and support complex employee relations matters, including investigations, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Support talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and talent assessments.
Business Acumen
- Act as a trusted advisor translating business strategy into actionable people, organization, and talent plans.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Supply Chain functional areas, including:

- Apply functional knowledge to advise leaders on job architecture, role clarity, and workforce design.

- Support and lead change management initiatives, transformation projects, and HR-led programs.
- Contribute to the evolution of Global HR strategy and ensure effective execution within the Supply Chain organization.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including:
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience supporting Supply Chain or Operations organizations.
- At least 3 years supporting corporate or global functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- SHRM or HRCI certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, engagement, and change management.
- Proven ability to support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to challenge and advise leaders constructively.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Travel Requirement
- Up to 10% domestic and international travel, as required.
