We are currently seeking a Security Officer to join our Security team based in Nanterre La Défense.

About the mission we offer you:

General Management Paris OC Cluster sub-business line

• Contribute to the improvement of Incident Management Systems.
• Create and maintain Paris OC Cluster local security incident and emergency network.
• Maintain, Implement and coordinate Business Continuity Management System
• Develop, implement and maintain relevant Security plans and procedures according to his/her scope and responsibility.
• Perform security assessments and inspections.
• Contributes to the improvement of Security Systems.
• Monitor security performance according to his/her scope and responsibility.
• Provide support to business/management on security topics under his/her responsibility.

Incident & Crisis Management Paris OC Cluster

• Contribute to Incident Management Preparedness & Response and training initiatives.
• In case of incident or crisis, support Incident Management teams
• Contribute to train the Emergency Response Team and Incident Management Team members Operating Centers and attached projects.
• OC BCMS Business Maintain the Emergency Response Team and Incident Management Team members lists up to date
• Ensure that Emergency Notification System is implemented for Operating Centers and attached projects.

Deliverables include, but are not limited to:

• Incident & Crisis Management Plans.
• Emergency Notification System (T.EN Alert) maintenance.

• Incident Management trainings and exercises material.
• Shelter and Evacuation Strategy.

Business Continuity Management Paris OC

• Supervise the Paris Continuity Management System:
• Ensure Business Continuity Plans are drafted as per BCMS scope.
• Provide regular status updates to the Business Continuity Steering Committee.
• Ensure the BCMS is maintained in operational condition (coordinate updates to the BIA, Risk Assessment Register, BC Plan etc.)
• Schedule, prepare and manage the mandatory steering committee and meetings.
• Schedule, prepare and manage internal and external audit to ensure that the BCMS certification ISO 22031 is upheld
• Build & embed a BC culture:
• Ensure all personnel with specific Business Continuity responsibilities are adequately trained to fulfill their assigned responsibilities.
• Promote a BC culture among company interested parties.
• Communicate on the BCMS
• Exercise Ensure training and exercises are carried out as per the Exercise Plan. Document the results of all training and exercises and identify any enhancements to the Business Continuity Plan and constituting documents.
• In case of a disruption Provide support for any emergency, which may require the activation of all or part of the Business Continuity Plan. If activation is required, serve as liaison between the Incident Management Team and the BC Contributors of critical activities.
• Potential support projects and other OC (in coordination with Corporate) to implement a Business Continuity Management System

Security Management Program Paris OC sub-business Line

• Educate personnel on Threat and Risks and subsequent prevention and mitigation measures.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments as per company standards and guidelines
• Collect and analyze Security information to identify new or changing threats & risks that can affect company Personnel, Operations, Assets and / or Reputation.
• Based upon the analyzed information develop and implement cost effective physical, technical, and procedural security measures that are in line with Global Security Standards.
• Ensure travels within her/his area of responsibility are conducted as per SMARTravel requirements.
• Conduct investigations into Security Incidents that produce meaningful results in a cost-efficient manner.
• Contribute to monitoring and permanent improvement of Security through Internal Security Audits.

• OC and Projects security plans and procedures

• KPIs Reporting in reporting tool

About you:

To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

Must have:

• 3+ years security / incident management experience in a business, corporate environment or in management experience in energy sector.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written skills)
• Masters degree or comparable work experience
• Basic IT Tools (Office Suite)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of duty-of-care best practices in support of travelers to high-risk countries
• Knowledge in devising Incident Management plan and training Incident Management Teams
• Knowledge conducting Security Risk Assessments and making mitigations recommendations.
• Knowledge with regulatory compliance requirements
• Relevant professional certification
• Good understanding of the local and international relations

• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of security environment and regulations
• Capacity to work in a team with cross-functional expertise.
• Good leadership skills, ability to lead in challenging circumstances.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
• High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
• Capacity to innovate and to propose new technologies, new security solutions, and best practices.
• Ability to remain calm during crisis situations and to lead the team during extreme conditions
• Ability to formulate, implement and critically review security plans.
