We are currently seeking a Technology Program Manager to join our team based in Tarragona, Spain.
About the job:
- Analysis and evaluation of new energy transition process technologies related to Circularity and Sustainable Fuels, acting as a subject-matter expert.
- Lead Projects/Studies in conceptual phases to assess the technological and economic feasibility of these Projects.
- Coordinate Process Engineering teams within the scope of the execution of the Projects led.
- Review and validate key Project documentation (Material and Energy Balances, Process Flow Diagrams, Equipment Specifications, etc.) as a Process and Technology expert.
- Lead discussions with licensed technology providers and clients within the scope of technology analysis
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience analyzing different technologies linked to energy transition projects, from pilot plant maturity to industrial scale.
- Experience in operation and maintenance of industrial plants in the energy sector.
- Knowledge of dynamic process simulation and experience leading engineering teams will be considered an asset.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in process companies delivering projects for the process industry.
- Strong expertise in energy transition technologies such as Gasification, Pyrolysis, Green Hydrogen, etc.
- Mandatory expert-level knowledge of process simulation software such as Aspen/HYSYS.
- Strong proficiency in programming of engineering-related software tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (minimum B2). Fluent in French will be a plus.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and proactive skills.
