In this role, you will have the opportunity to process accounting transactions for your assigned organization. You will have the opportunity to process accounting transactions for the Accounts Receivable team in a complete, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures, and external regulatory requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by handling the end-to-end processing of accounts receivables, including verifying and reconciling incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy, and addressing discrepancies in a timely manner.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Being the expert in Cash Application process, understanding the differences of the country specifics across the organization
  • Supporting a portfolio of 25+ countries with more than 200k incoming payments and total revenue value of +10 MLD USD (yearly basis)
  • Taking active participation in meetings with the Global O2C Process Owners as First Point of Contact in order to plan and align on future projects and training needs and support with implementation of changes
  • Regular liaising on difficult matters and escalations with Internal and External Stakeholders (Front Office/Business/3rd Party Customers located globally)
  • Conducting upon request sample-based analysis of operational metrics
  • Overseeing and checking test scripts and coordinating UAT for cash application tools and system upgrade launches
  • Delivering quality analysis and preparing process improvement plans
  • Reviewing complex issues raised by specialists, identifying and addressing training gaps and escalate to global ERP IS Teams as appropriate
  • Being an advocate and driving adoption of cash application tools (e.g. Performance Dashboards)
  • Coaching the Cash Application Community on best practices, tools, procedures and newly introduced policies


Qualifications for the role
  • You are highly skilled in Cash Application processes and enjoy working within the finance and accounting domain, bringing a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Cash Application, ideally in roles that required collaboration across finance operations and process optimization.
  • You possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP and have a proven track record of delivering a strong end-user experience with this platform.
  • You are passionate about analytical thinking and problem-solving, captivated by understanding complex issues and developing innovative, practical solutions.
  • You have advanced communication skills, with the ability to coach others and deliver impactful training sessions.
  • You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, thriving in environments where independence and efficiency are key to meeting objectives.
  • You demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues and have a strong drive for continuous professional development - both for yourself and those around you.
  • You are at ease communicating in English at an excellent level, both written and spoken.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent professional experience.
