Job Description
• Record keeping of all seafarer's personal data, certificates, travel documents
• Maintain regular update and accurate data of seafarers thru Company's database
• Ensure crew hold Flag State Endorsement for the vessel they have been assigned to
• Follow up Ticketing, Visas, Travel and accommodation reservation.
• Ensure that all joiners are supplied with the necessary PPE
