KBR is looking for a Procurement and Inventory Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase order management - Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Stock level monitoring - Track inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Replenishment planning - Forecast demand and plan reorders based on consumption trends and lead times.
• Reporting - Prepare inventory and procurement status reports for
• management.
• Attention to detail - To maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years' work related experience - High School.
• Minimum 4 years' work related experience - Diploma.
• Supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.
• Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
