This position reports to:
Production Unit Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities

Supervise a shift team's progress against work plans as defined by Production

management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment and assembly lines within a production area. Cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.

The work model for the role is onsite.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area, Distribution Solutions Division, Secondary Assembly station.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Helping management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities.
• Reinforcing focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Assisting management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.
• Serving as a leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.

Qualifications for the role

• Ability to demonstrate your working leadership experience in manufacturing field
• Experience with SAP / ERP management system and good computer literacy
• You can demonstrate strong communication, time management, teamwork and organizing skills
• You are passionate about problem solving
