We are currently seeking a Completion Manager, reporting directly to Site Manager to join our Construction team based in Nanterre/La Défense.

About the mission we offer you:

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all completion activities from Mechanical Completion through Provisional Acceptance, ensuring systems are safely handed over to the Client in compliance with contractual, technical, and schedule requirements.

Your main missions will be to:

  • Define and implement the Project Completion and Handover Strategy in alignment with Construction, Commissioning, contractual, and Client requirements.
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and effective use of the Completion Management System (EasyPlant) and ensures consistent application across the project.
  • Manage and coordinate the Completion organization, including EasyPlant Lead and Coordinators, Completion Engineers and Assistants, and Punch List Coordinators, ensuring adequate staffing, clear responsibilities, and effective execution of Completion and Handover activities.
  • Define and control the systemization of the project scope of work in accordance with Completion and Handover milestones.
  • Prepare, maintain, and control all Completion deliverables, registers, and Completion procedures.
  • Manage and control Mechanical Completion activities, including system walkdowns, Mechanical Completion certification, and readiness for Commissioning.
  • Interface with the Client on Completion procedures, milestones, system handover criteria, punch classification, and acceptance methodology, and supports resolution of Completion‑related contractual matters.
  • Coordinate with Construction and Commissioning teams to integrate Completion activities and system priorities into the schedule.
  • Coordinate internal interfaces with Engineering, Quality, HSE, Document Control, and all disciplines involved in Completion and Handover activities.
  • Ensure alignment between Engineering deliverables, redlines, as‑built documentation, and Completion dossiers.
  • Track, expedite, and ensure timely closure of all Completion‑related open items, including punch items, ITRs, NCRs, and outstanding actions.
  • Chair and lead Completion coordination meetings to review progress, resolve constraints, and expedite pending items.
  • Monitor and report Completion progress, identifies risks and deviations from the Completion plan, and proposes mitigation actions.
  • Oversee punch list registration, classification, and updates, ensuring traceability and timely close‑out.
  • Obtain Completion certificates and acceptance documentation in accordance with project and Client requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and compilation of Completion dossiers and handover documentation.
  • Perform the final system and facility handover to the Client at Provisional Acceptance (PAC).

To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

  • Graduate multidisciplinary engineer or bachelor degree.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Completion / Commissioning / Construction roles on EPC Oil & Gas projects.
  • Prior site experience strongly required.
  • English fluent (mandatory)
  • Other languages: Optional / advantageous (French, Italian, etc.)
