Function Description
This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and people advisory, ensuring that talent, organizational capabilities, and workforce planning actively support business performance and future growth.
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and execute the local HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operations, and global HR frameworks.
- Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers on organizational design, performance, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Own the end‑to‑end talent agenda, including attraction, development, succession planning, and retention of critical roles.
- Drive and support organizational change and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective change management and local adoption.
- Oversee workforce planning and resource optimization, ensuring the right skills and capabilities are available to meet current and future business needs.
- Ensure strong HR governance, data quality, and analytics, leveraging insights to measure impact and support decision‑making.
- Guarantee full compliance with Mexican labor legislation, company policies, and best HR practices, while supporting complex employee relations cases.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally growing from HRBP to broader HR leadership roles.
- Mandatory industry background in maritime, Oil & Gas, energy or complex engineering environments.
- Proven experience leading strategic HR initiatives, talent management programs, and organizational projects.
- Strong capability to operate as a business partner and people leader, balancing strategy with execution.
- Solid experience working with HRIS/ERP systems, data analysis, Excel, and workforce metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor law and employee relations.
