Requirements

To excel as a 2nd Engineer in this role, you'll need to hit the ground running with these essential qualifications:

You'll be ensuring the vessel runs smoothly by having your DP cert and COC III/2 in hand, ready to tackle any challenge. Staying safe offshore is paramount, so your BOSIET and valid STCW's are crucial. Plus, an Offshore medical OGUK is a must to keep you fit for duty. Finally, a USA B1 visa with wind annotation will open doors to exciting cable-laying projects. With these requirements, you're set to grow and make a real impact as a 2nd Engineer!
