What will you be doing?

• Apply skills, integrity, and knowledge in key areas of structural engineering, including design codes and Engineering best practices.
• Independently evaluate, organize, and prioritize work under supervision.
• Provide structural stability and integrity calculations for subsea structures.
• Design and detailing per API, DNV, AISC and client standards.
• Produce design documentation, specifications, datasheets, and MTOs.
• Perform stress analysis using STAAD Pro, CAESAR, ANSYS or similar.
• Interface with other disciplines and support on site work as required.

What experience would we like you to have?

• Bachelor's degree in civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-3 years relevant experience in structural design within Marine/Oil & Gas.
• Awareness of marine classification and local legislation.
• Ability to prioritize, organize work and deliver quality outputs.
• Basic knowledge of STAAD Pro, CAESAR, ANSYS or similar software.
• Identification of industry codes, standards and design guidelines.
• Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role.
• Strong communication in English and teamwork skills. (Required)
• Experience with PLET design, seafastening, lifting and rigging, or installation aids is recommended.
