Job Description:

As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for providing commissioning support services in the Kansas City area. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Source and screen candidates to match client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process
• Provide guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or commissioning support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with recruitment software and tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
