In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire talent that helps Emerson innovate and grow-while continuing to build your own expertise in a supportive, people‑first environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from intake to offer
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing and employer branding initiatives
• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a fair, consistent, and inclusive selection process
• Provide a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring journe
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support offer preparation and hiring decisions in line with company guidelines
• Maintain accurate data and documentation in recruitment systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team

• Initial professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field (up to 3 years)
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• The ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at different levels
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• A genuine interest in people, hiring, and business partnership

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience working in an in‑house or agency recruitment environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, or professional roles
• Interest in data‑driven recruitment and process improvement
