An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Commissioning and Placements Team for a Placement Finder to join our dedicated and supportive team.
This is a key role within a busy and dynamic service, where you will work closely with colleagues to identify and secure the most suitable placements for children and young people who need care and stability. As part of a committed team, you will play an important role in ensuring that children are matched with placements that best meet their needs and support positive outcomes.
The postholder will work closely with colleagues, social workers, providers and internal teams to source suitable foster, residential and specialist placements, often within tight timescales. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence in building effective relationships with a wide range of partners. We are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-focused, and committed to working as part of a team to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
