This position reports to:
Server Support Manager

Your role

• Ensure smooth operation of IT services aligned with business needs
• Provide user support (remote and onsite) and cooperate with external vendors
• Manage local IT infrastructure (network, servers, devices, printers, production technologies), including support for the CZ cluster
• Work with technologies such as VMware (VM, VDI), Microsoft environment (Fileserver, DFS, GPO) and Windows Backup
• Handle backups, data recovery, and ensure compliance with security standards
• Perform system updates (patch management)
• Work with incident, problem, and change management processes
• Support IT asset management, documentation, and IT projects
• Implement global IT standards and policies

Work model: onsite / hybrid

What you need

• Education in IT or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• English (min. B2) and Czech/Slovak
• Knowledge of ITIL and understanding of business processes
• Experience with MSSQL (administration, troubleshooting, design)
• Knowledge of FTP/SFTP and attendance systems
• Experience with print solutions is an advantage
