Votre mission

Main Responsibilities

- Collect, organise, and format HSSE data for dashboards and routine reporting.

- Assist in preparing PowerPoint slides, charts, and visual materials.

- Support communication activities (short videos, internal campaigns, safety moments).

- Help maintain files, templates, and documentation.

- Perform basic analysis, benchmarking, or research when needed.

- Draft summaries or simple briefs based on provided information.

- Provide support on preparatory tasks that are not yet shared with the wider team.

- attend and eventually contribute to the HSE meeting with HSE Network in SPIE GSE.

- Support preparation and follow up of HSE audits and Inspections;

- Support the implementation of proactive indicator in GSE;

- Support the implementation of a HSE reporting software.

Votre profil

Profile & Education

- Engineering student (Bac+4/Bac+5) seeking a 1‑year internship.

- Curious, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

- Interest in HSSE topics, industrial safety, energy sector, operations;

- Data/visual and oral communication is a plus.
