Join our Finance team and advance your career as a Performance Intelligence Senior Analyst.

Key Accountabilities

  • Stakeholder engagement with Procurement Performance Intelligence and Global Procurement teams to drive data assurance and respond to data needs.
  • Liaise with collaborators and colleagues across different time zones and languages, requiring strong coordination between teams.
  • Produce analytics and BI reports using Power BI (and similar tools) to support procurement performance and global cost savings.
  • Build data analysis products that answer business questions using procurement data.
  • Develop and maintain simple, effective, and future‑proof procurement analytics solutions.
  • Develop clear, timely, and accurate periodic management reports that drive continuous improvement.
  • Automate recurring reports and enable self‑serve dashboards where applicable.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights.
  • Respond to ad‑hoc data and reporting requests from business units or leadership.
  • Analyse and prepare presentations that communicate complex findings in a simple, concise, and interpretable manner.
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools to log data issues, enhancement requests, reporting schedules, and resolution status.
  • Develop procurement use cases using predictive data modelling.
  • Work as part of an Agile squad, collaborating closely with the Engagement Lead and Co‑Lead to understand requirements and recommend analytics solutions.
  • Develop new Power BI solutions in line with internal processes, standards, and protocols.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards, ensuring ongoing data accuracy and reliability.
  • Apply Microsoft technologies and practices to optimize, streamline, and automate analytics processes.
  • Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with long‑term business needs.

Data management

  • Ensure transparency of data collection and collation processes to demonstrate data integrity
  • Ensure BP policy alignment in operations and raise warning for any key incidents
  • Manage and analyse procurement data to support Procurement objectives and performance targets.
  • Own and maintain data quality to ensure reliable, evidence‑based reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure transparency in data collection, transformation, and collation processes to demonstrate data integrity.
  • Apply standard data management principles, procedures, and tools (e.g. procurement, vendor, financial, and operational data).
  • Ensure compliance with BP policies and standards and raise warnings for any key data or reporting incidents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in any discipline or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in analytics field covering data management & stakeholder engagement; with 3 years of analytical visualisation skills
  • Must have advanced excel skills including the ability to produce and manage pivot tables, design and manipulate complex graphs, and familiar with data query
  • Must have experience in the area of Data Visualization Tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Knowledge of Procurement Supply Chain Management (PSCM) concepts will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Source to Pay (S2P) processes will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of ERPs and procurement systems (Ariba, SAP, JDE) will be an advantage
  • Understanding of AGILE methodologies & experience leading squads is an added advantage
  • Technical skills around big data technologies will be an advantage - Example: AWS, PowerPlatform tools

Key Skills:

Technical

  • Data analytics - SQL, Power BI, Excel
  • Procurement / Finance knowledge - S2P process knowledge
  • Procurement / Finance system - SAP, Ariba, Salesforce

Soft skill

  • Analytical skill - The application of analytical thinking, such as interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic decisions, it involves a higher level of judgment, critical thinking, and communication
  • Problem solving - ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues or challenges effectively
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency of analytics outputs.
