JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspections on components.
• Perform source inspections at facilities.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain files of inspection documents.
• Review inspection records received for compliance.
• Maintain inspection and measuring equipment.
• Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) for nonconforming parts.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• ISO 9000/APIQ1 knowledge preferred.
• Quality program knowledge preferred.
• Level II Certification in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) required.
• Acquire and maintain a level II rating in MT, PT, UT, and Hardness NDE testing (Mag Particle, Penetrant, Ultrasonic, Hardness inspections).
• Non-destructive examination testing certification level II preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in quality preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must provide transportation from home to office.
• Overtime may be required.
