Senior Manager, Contracts Management

Overview
An opportunity is available for a Senior Manager, Contracts Management to support the delivery of utility-scale renewable energy and power projects. This role focuses on managing contract preparation, compliance, risk oversight, and coordination with EPC contractors and key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

You will play a key role in supporting project delivery across contractual, commercial, and regulatory requirements, working closely with technical, legal, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of contracts and assist in contract negotiations with technical and legal teams
• Ensure compliance with local and international legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify and manage contractual risks and maintain accurate contract records
• Support permitting and regulatory approval processes during construction phases
• Review and support management of EPC contracts, including scope, schedule, budget, and subcontractor arrangements
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms and project deliverables
• Support drafting and review of contractual correspondence, including formal notices and responses
• Participate in site inspections and support monitoring of quality and safety compliance
• Lead and facilitate project status meetings with contractors, utilities, off-takers, and financial stakeholders
• Maintain structured project documentation using designated systems and processes
• Support contract administration activities and ensure accurate record keeping across all stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or related discipline
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in EPC contract management and negotiation
• Strong experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power sector projects
• Proven knowledge of EPC, PPA, and O&M agreements
• FIDIC certification or equivalent contract management training required
• Strong understanding of project execution, contract administration, and risk management
• Experience with project insurance and contractual frameworks
• Familiarity with wind and solar utility-scale projects preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
