Job Description

Overview

Works as part of the master planning team, performing and completing work on defined segments of a project under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Urban Designer/Master Planner or nominated supervisor.

Your role

• Adopt creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develop appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions.
• Conduct pro-active coordination with internal design disciplines to achieve a high quality, consistent set of reports, presentations and project document.
• Contributes to team KPIs such as marketing materials, thought leadership, team activities.
• Compile and organize planning documents and data.
• Coordinate basic logistics for planning sessions or events.
• Meeting or exceeding client expectations on assignments.

About you

Skills

• Evidence of good Urban Designer/Master Planner/ Architecture and design understanding.
• Effective communication.
• High quality report writing skills and / or GIS / AutoCAD / Rhino/ Sketchup/ Adobe Suite / PPT.
• AI, Copilot, Gamini, Nano banana
• Good organisational skills.
• Self-motivation and proactive attitude.
• Ability and will to update knowledge.

Qualifications required

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Degree in Architecture/ Landscape/ Urban Planning/ and or Masters in Urban Design/ Master Planning or equivalent.
• Working towards recognition in chosen profession (e.g. AIA, RIBA, ARB, RTPI).
