In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

General Ledger: (tasks on monthly basis)

• Revaluation and Mass allocation by month-end
• Estimate Bonus, Vacation provision, 13th salary Accrual
• Allocation prepaid expense, common expense
• Manual journals (VAT, Interest, bank charge, Buying USD)
• Run AP report for AP closed (Invoice on hold, Payable accounting transfer, SLA, unaccounted, AP trial balance)
• Review SGA, Trial Balance, CIT calculation, Dashboard checking, GL closed
  
  Tax obligation and local government report: (tasks on monthly basis)
• Monthly Tax stream/ CIT report
• Monthly VAT, PIT report review & submit
• Liaise with TRICO for monthly Statistical report
  
  Banking payment (tasks on daily basis)
• Treasury Disclosure
• Cash tracking
• Wire payment process to vendors and employees daily basis
  
  Payroll task (tasks on monthly basis)
• Payroll & others related to payroll
• Statistical report
• Headcount Reconciliation
  
  Year-end CIT filling
• Liaise with PWC for CIT Filling
• Liaise with KPMG for third party declaration
• Liaise with external Auditor KPMG for audited Financial statement
  
  HR task: (tasks on daily and monthly basis)
• Overall review and check local HR files and reports, policy compliance, attend and provide leadership in audit or authority inquiries
• Liaise with recruitment agencies on vacancies
• On-boarding/Off- boarding arrangements
• Do selection and offer process
• Employee events/meeting
• Employee healthcare claims
• Inform new hire and resignation to External Payroll Providers, Insurer, Social Insurance if applicable
• Generate payroll and headcount reports to tax, DOLISA, SI
• Track Annual leave record
• Monthly HR recruitment & turnover update
• Renew group term life and healthcare insurance
• Arrange annual health checkup

• You are meticulous, reliable, and committed to accuracy. You communicate clearly and work well within a team, while also taking ownership of your tasks. You proactively identify issues and seek solutions to improve compliance and efficiency

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting
• At least 05 years related work experience
• Knowledge in Oracle, Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate with various levels of people in English
• Good planning skills with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strongly leadership quality
• Confidence, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Experience in volume driven and service oriented industry is preferred
