This Position reports to:
Accounting & Reporting Manager - Account

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting activities for the assigned area (e.g., reporting, consolidation, etc.) within the General Accounting (GA) team. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing, reviewing, and/or supporting the month-end close process including account reconciliation, preparation of journal entries, balance sheet review, etc.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements in the appropriate format to include in timely filings with regulatory agencies.
• Leading Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance for specific areas (e.g., record- to-report, order-to-cash, etc.) to ensure that processes and controls are designed effectively and to address financial reporting.
• Performing analysis of accounts and highlighting any discrepancies/anomalies for correction and serving as an escalation point or subject matter expert for the resolution of accounting transactions and reporting questions.
• Ensuring transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• You are immersed in Accounts Payables & Intercompany activities
• Bachelor's or Master' degree in Finance and accounting or related field
• 15+ years of extensive experience with strong exposure in managing large global teams in both Captive/BPO 3rd
party set up/Audit firm with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience using accounting software SAP FICO & MM Module.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
• Must have handled a team size of 30-40 employees and open for working in shifts.
