Field Engineer Intern
This internship provides hands-on exposure to oilfield operations, data acquisition, equipment deployment, and operational workflows while developing fundamental engineering and HSE competencies.
Responsibilities:
- Support Engineers and Technicians during operational activities
- Assist in preparing equipment, tools, and materials for operations
- Participate in data collection, monitoring, and basic analysis of field data
- Ensure activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Assist with job documentation, reports, and post-job reviews
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, and field specialists
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and operational briefings
Exposures and experiences:
- Must have minimum a degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Can work in a high-pressure environment, learn quickly and adapt to new problems and situations.
- Must be a team player and a good communicator.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills essential.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Field Specialist Intern

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, testing, and deployment of service equipment
- Support execution of field jobs under supervision
- Monitor operational parameters and assist with troubleshooting
- Help maintain service quality, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and operational procedures
- Participate in job planning, debriefs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Exposures and experiences:
- Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Solid hands-on electronics or mechanical background essential.
- Able to follow directions and comply with company policies including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards and procedures.
- Client, Service Quality and Performance focused.
- Ability to learn quickly and translate learning into practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics Technician Intern
The Technician Intern supports maintenance, testing, and preparation of field equipment in workshops, labs, or operational bases. This internship focuses on building practical technical skills related to equipment handling, diagnostics, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in assembling, testing, maintaining, and repairing tools and equipment
- Perform basic inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Support inventory tracking and equipment documentation
- Ensure tools and equipment meet operational and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures
Exposures and experiences:
- Technical certificate in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent diploma.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Solid hands-on electronics and mechanical background essential
- Strong Commitment to QHSE.
- Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills essential.
- Ability to use own initiative and committed to continuous improvement.
- Good personnel skills, highly self-motivated.
- Ability to follow procedures and understand engineering and/or electrical drawings.
