Short Description

As a Foreman, you will be fully based on site, supervising and coordinating site teams on a full‑time basis. You will be directly responsible for overseeing daily works, ensuring tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and according to planning.

You'll lead our projects to success, making a real impact on every build. You will be fully site‑based and responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of daily operations on site. You will act as the key link between site personnel and project management, ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project planning, specifications, and HSE requirements. The role requires continuous presence on site and hands‑on leadership of site teams.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or similar role
• Background in civil construction, marine works, dredging, or maritime operations
• Strong hands‑on supervisory skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams
• Practical understanding of site execution and daily operations
• High awareness of health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Valid Medical or Fit to Work
• Valid Passport
