Working as part of the HR Shared Services team (People' Hub, Bangalore), you will be responsible for providing an effective and proactive HR support service to employees and managers located across world.

Your role

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Based on the regional volumes).
• Strong written and communication skills (role is focused on written, not call-based, support).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, able to prioritize and deliver to deadlines.
• Customer-focused and passionate about supporting employees and Stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support HR processes in line with regional policies and guidelines.
• Manage and respond to employee queries via case management tools.
• Prepare standard correspondence for employees and external parties.
• Liaise with employees, line managers, and HR colleagues for information and support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support the People Hub team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
• Contribute to process improvements within the team.

About you

• Postgraduate qualification.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR operations or a shared services role.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Previous customer service experience or internship experience is a plus.
