What will you be doing?

The Trainee Electrical Dive Technician is an Entry Level position to the Subsea7 Diving System Technician skill pool with the aim of progressing to qualification as a Dive System Technician. The Trainee will undergo a structured development program, including Electrical trade and skill development and in addition training in their responsibilities under Subsea7 and the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) competence development programs All our people are expected to contribute to creating and positive health, safety, environment, and quality culture at Subsea7, ensuring familiarity and adherence to policies and practices.
We are seeking candidates who want to understand the environment in which we operate in and support effective delivery of our offshore projects, building effective and trusting two-way relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will demonstrate a commitment to self-development, building individual effectiveness and the capability to change and deliver.
Applicants will need a minimum of 2 years of industrial trade experience after having completed an appropriate apprenticeship. They will be highly motivated and be able to effectively communicate and articulate technical matters across all levels.
