Job Description: Project Manager - Campus Robotics & Production Development Location: Vasteras, Sweden Start Date: 21 April 2026 Pay Rate: 55 Per Hour Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of robotics and production projects at our campus in Vasteras, Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage robotics and production development projects from inception to completion Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Manage project resources effectively Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in the robotics or production industry Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience working with cross-functional teams Knowledge of robotics and production processes Proficiency in project management tools and software
