Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.

The work model for the role is #L-onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification team and stakeholders.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team.
• Negotiates agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions.
• Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs.
• Recommends frame agreements to management and executes upon approval.
• Analyzes and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value.
• Initiates Purchase Orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or similar.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement as buyer, planner or material planner (Especially Direct Material).
• Experience in packing, fasteners and labeling commodities.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP & Microsoft Excel).
• Desire knowledge in power Bi
• Advanced English Level.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
