Your role and responsibilities

• Responsible for establish and maintain quality standard of Ring main units (RMUs) and related switchgear products,
  Responsible for ensure process stability, product reliability and continuous quality excellence and solve the quality issues onsite,
  负责环网柜产品的生产工艺设计、优化及技术支持,确保产品制造过程的高效性、可靠性和质量稳定性;熟悉环网柜的结构、材料及生产工艺,能够解决生产中的技术问题,并持续改进工艺流程。
• Responsible for PFMEA and control plan of production process, maintain quality control point in system to ensure to reach product quality standards and customer requirements.
  负责环网柜生产的过程失效分析和控制计划,维护系统内的质量控制点,确保其符合产品质量标准和客户要求;
  • Provide technical support to production line, solve quality-related issues during production, and conduct investigation and root cause analysis into product defects and process failures.
  为环网柜生产线提供技术支持,解决生产过程中出现的质量问题,并主导产品缺陷或过程失效的调查和根本原因分析;
  • Participate in trial production of new products to collect quality issues, support problem-solving and ensure quality stability.
  参与新产品的试生产,收集试生产过程中的质量问题, 支持问题的解决,确保产品质量的稳定性;
  • Monitor process quality through regular inspections, audits and data collection, conduct quality gate management and QCT activities.
  通过定期的检查、审核和数据收集来监控过程质量,同时主导质量门管理和QCT活动
  • Participate in the selection, installation, and commissioning of production equipment, and ensure that equipment and tooling meet quality requirements.
  参与环网柜生产设备的选型、安装和调试,确保设备和工装满足质量要求;
  • Organize QC level 1,2,3 meeting, and lead problem solving with related engineer and department, support 8D report and quality issues analysis and solving from customer.
  组织QC level 1,2,3会议,与相关的工程师或部门主导问题解决;支持客户质量问题的8D报告,质量问题的分析与解决;
  • Participant the judgement and treatment of NC material.
  参与不合格物料的判定和处理;
  • Train production line staffs to ensure they master quality tools
  培训生产线员工,确保其掌握正确质量工具;
  • Window person from production facing to customer audit, responsible for collection, preparation and involvement of customer audit.
  作为生产部门的客户审核接口人,负责客户审核文件的收集和准备;
  • Responsible for other temporarily tasks
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
  电气工程、机械工程、自动化或相关专业的本科及以上学历
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the production process of ring main units (RMUs) or high/low-voltage switchgear.
  2年以上环网柜或高低压开关柜生产工艺相关工作经验
• Familiar with the structure, materials, and production processes of RMU
  熟悉环网柜的结构、材料及生产工艺流程。
  Familiar with design software such as CAD, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD
  掌握CAD、SolidWorks、AutoCAD等设计软件。
  Familiar with quality management tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 6Sigma)
  熟悉质量管理工具(如SPC、FMEA、6Sigma等)。
  Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use tools like Excel and Minitab for data analysis
  具备良好的数据分析能力,能够使用Excel、Minitab等工具进行数据分析。
  Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principle
  了解精益生产(Lean Manufacturing)和持续改进(Kaizen)理念
  Familiar with industry standards related to RMUs (e.g., IEC 62271, GB 3906)
  熟悉环网柜相关行业标准(如IEC 62271、GB 3906等)。
  Knowledge of key components of RMUs (e.g., load switches, fuses, busbars) and their production processes
  了解环网柜的关键部件(如负荷开关、熔断器、母线等)及其生产工艺
• Good communication, execution and teamwork skills
