In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and continuously improve Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Prepare, lead, and follow up on SIOP and inventory management meetings
- Provide data-driven insights through analytics, dashboards, and root cause analyses to improve forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, and service levels
- Conduct root cause analysis of a deviations from buisness targets and implement sustainable corrective actions within the SIOP and master scheduling process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and PMO
- Provide scenario planning and "what-if" analyses to support decision-making, risk mitigation, and long-term strategies.
- Be a part in Available-to-Promise (ATP) processes, driving imporvements and optimization possibilities.
- Drive inventory optimisation and manage Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) activities
- Ensure correct parameter settings in ERP systems (ATP, safety stock, ABC classifications, resources)
- Connect globally to share and promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across sites
- Promote organizational knowledge of SIOP processes.
- Perform continuous improvement and optimization of the SIOP process to ensure robustness and alignment with business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Solid experience in production planning, master scheduling, and supply chain planning
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
- Excellent skills in data analysis and MS Excel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capable to work in a structured manner, goal- and quality-oriented and readily take ownership of new challenges with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience leading SIOP / S&OP processes
- Confident and enjoy presenting findings from root cause analyses and leading data‑driven discussions in SIOP meetings.
- Advanced analytical skills, including scenario and "what-if" analysis
- Experience with inventory optimization and E&O management
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and process standardization
- Experience collaborating across multiple sites and/or global organizations
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both writing and speaking.
- Understanding of the complete order-to-delivery process.
