- Gain experience in manufacturing environment with a highly committed team.
- Expose to on-the-job trainings in different departments.
- Work on special projects focus on cost reduction, process improvement or problem solving.
- Gain subject specific knowledge or technical-related competencies by understanding the mechanics of different functions in manufacturing industry.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Entry-level or fresh university graduate with bachelor's degree in Engineering & Science.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge in MS-Office applications.
- Able to think critically, act innovatively, find solutions to problems and communicate ideas effectively.
